The owner wanted a home that worked properly again and was worth more on paper. The flat had original tile, tired bathrooms and systems that were close to the end of their life.
Everything was taken back to the shell where needed. The new finish is quiet on purpose: pale stone-look tile, flush details, warm timber blinds against the sea light.
