The goal was a versatile office that appeals to a wide range of tenants and adapts easily to what different companies need.
So the existing layout was rethought completely: the old partitions came out, the services were renewed, and the floor became one open space with a neutral, modern design. A future tenant can set up the office for their own needs without major rework.
