The owner lives abroad and needed the apartment ready to rent without flying in to manage suppliers. The brief was simple: calm, durable, and photogenic enough to stand out in a crowded Marina listing market.
Every room started as a moodboard: a warm neutral base, graphite art, one rust accent, stone and oak. Then came the less visible work of ordering, checking deliveries, assembly, and making sure the kitchen and wardrobes were fully equipped on handover day.
